CUTLER BAY GUIDED KAYAK TOUR 
 
Location: Tricolored Heron Lake at Lakes by the Bay Park Canoe/Kayak Launch   
Meeting Location in the Park: Entrance on SW 85th Avenue (just south of SW 212 St.), right before the round about to enter Santa Barbara Apartments at Cutler Bay, Florida.  
Time: 
10:00-11:30AM
Cost: $10 per participant

Kayaks:  We have 12 tandem kayaks that hold up to 400 pounds.  We place 2 people per kayak.  We tried to accommodate family members on the same kayak.  We do not have single kayaks.  Participants coming alone, will have to be on the kayak with another person.  
 
Weather: Weather in Miami is unpredictable. In case of changes in weather that don’t allow us to provide the tour, you will be informed via email the morning of the tour. Cancellations made due changes in weather will be refunded. Payments for this will be refunded between 7-14 business days. 
 
Refunds or Cancellation: 
Due the limited space of the tour, there will be no refund allowed. 
 
Medical or Physical Condition: 
If you have any medical, behavior of physical condition that our guides need to be aware, please let us know as soon as you receive this email in order to plan accordingly. 
 
Loss of personal items:  
All participants are responsible for their belongings, Nature Postings and Staff will not be held accountable for the loss of personal belongings.
 
Minors, Medical or Behavior Conditions Guests in FAMILY OUTDOOR EVENTS: 
For outdoor adventures and events, kids 12yrs and younger MUST NEED ACCOMPANIED by a PAYING ADULT.  
 
If a person has any medical or behavior condition that requires one on one attention, no matter the age, we REQUIRED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PAYING ADULT.
 
No pets allowed: 
No pets will be allowed during the tour at any circumstances.
 
No smoke or alcohol: 
This is a non-smoking tour. Alcohol is prohibited during the duration of the tour. 
 
Rules: 
Rules will be explained at the beginning of the program. All participants are required to follow all of them. People not following the rules will be removed from the tour, with no refund allowed. SAFETY OF ALL OF OUR PARTICIPANTS IS OUR PRIORITY.
